1. Service Provider

This service is provided by Ji Yibin (an individual) and is currently in closed beta. Contact email: leon@alphasquad.cn

2. Description of the Service

Alpha Squad is an AI tool SaaS product for foreign trade businesses, helping users with customer management, email writing, website building and similar work. This service is entirely free at present and is available only to invited beta users.

3. Beta Notice

  • The beta service may be unstable, may contain bugs, and may be interrupted or adjusted at any time.
  • You understand and accept that the beta product comes with no SLA (service level commitment).
  • The service provider may adjust features, restrict usage, or terminate the beta at any time.

4. Change of Operating Entity

The operator of this service will in the future be transferred to a duly incorporated company entity. Once the transfer is complete, your account, your data and the service relationship will continue automatically. We will notify you by email before the transfer, and you may choose to continue using the service or to close your account.

5. Your Undertakings

  • You warrant that your use of this service does not violate the laws of the People’s Republic of China, including but not limited to: not distributing unlawful information, not infringing the rights of others, and not scraping data.
  • You warrant that any third-party personal information you enter into this service (such as the email addresses of foreign trade customers) has obtained the corresponding authorization or otherwise meets the conditions for processing.
  • You will not use this service for any fraud, bulk spam email, or unlawful marketing activity.

6. Division of Data Responsibilities Between the Service Provider and You

  • You are the owner and controller of all data you enter.
  • The service provider acts as an entrusted processor, processing data in accordance with your instructions and solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
  • The service provider will not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • This service uses AI models to generate content for you (such as email drafts and website copy).
  • AI-generated content is for reference only; you should review it yourself before using it.
  • Any liability arising from AI-generated content is borne by you.
  • The AI models are provided by third parties (including OpenAI, DeepSeek and Alibaba Tongyi), and their responses may contain errors or bias.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Intellectual property in the code, design, logo and brand of this service belongs to the service provider.
  • The content you enter and generate belongs to you.
  • You authorize the service provider to use your feedback to improve the product during the beta period.

9. Data Storage Location

Your data will be stored on servers in Hong Kong. By using this service you acknowledge and agree that your data is stored in that location. The data storage location may change when the service moves to a commercial version in the future, and you will be notified again at that time. This clause is made pursuant to the notification obligation under Article 39 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL).

10. Third-Party Services

This service calls the following third-party APIs to deliver its features:

  • AI models: OpenAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba Tongyi and others
  • Cloud services: Alibaba Cloud
  • Domain services: Alibaba Cloud

Some of your data is transmitted to these third parties in order to complete requests.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The service provider bears no liability for ordinary negligence.
  • Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence is borne in accordance with the law.
  • The total liability of the service provider will not exceed the amount you actually paid over the past 12 months (CNY 0 during the beta period).
  • No liability is borne for force majeure (power outages, network outages, policy changes, and the like).

12. Termination

  • You may deactivate your account at any time.
  • The service provider may terminate the beta or your eligibility to use it at any time.
  • After termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Privacy

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hangzhou Internet Court.

15. Changes to This Agreement

The service provider may update this agreement. Material changes will be notified to you by email. Your continued use of the service is deemed acceptance of the new agreement.
